return shipping at no cost to you! Please see details and Refund

We want you to be absolutely satisfied
with your jewelry. Wear it. Enjoy it. Show it off. If within 30
days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied,
return it for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange it
-no questions asked.
However all products should be returned
in the original state they were received. They must be 100 percent
complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, along
with their original purchase invoices. We can only refund purchases
made with a credit card.
All products returned are fully inspected
for missing, altered or damaged parts. If missing, altered or damaged
parts are found, a full refund may not be issued.
Refund Procedure

1.) Prior to returning any products, please contact us at service@PennyBest.com
to obtain a return authorization number and UPS return label. You
will receive this label via e-mail.
2.) Pack items to be returned and include your original shipping
document and purchase invoice.
3.) Make arrangements with UPS
to have your package delivered (either drop it off at a UPS
location or arrange with them to have it picked up).
Once we receive your return it will be
processed by our returns specialists. For any refunds, your credit
card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward
your purchase. The first credit will be made within ten business
days of receipt and verification of the merchandise.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit
card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are
not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for
your credit to appear. If you return a partial order, you will be
refunded for the returned items only.
Exchanges

Penny CZ Jewelry will accept exchanges within 30 days after
receipt of your purchase.
Procedure: Ship the product with its original
purchase invoice back to our return address, and on a separate sheet
of paper, provide the item number in which you would like an exchange.
Once we receive your package, we will immediately ship out the new
item.
If the value of the new item is above or
below the value of the original item, adjustments will be made accordingly

Defective products

Penny CZ Jewelry will exchange all defective products by one to
one replacement.
Procedure: Ship the product with
its original purchase invoice back to our return address, and on
a separate sheet of paper, provide a brief statement indicating
the defective nature of the product.
Once we receive your package, we will verify
the defect. If defective, we will replace the item free of charge.
Penny CZ Jewelry will pay all shipping and any other charges.
